Wonderful staff and great food at their "Broth" restaurant with locally sourced ingredients. The menu is created by Chef Noah Schuster. Try the Sourdough Kimchi grilled cheese with broth to dip it in or the stuffed eggplant panzanella with GF croutons and cashew cream. You'll thank me.
I enjoyed the refreshing blue coconut drink with spirulina, which makes it so glowing, and the delicious coconut drink as well. And let's not forget the Moose chocolate—it was my favorite! This place is a must-visit for delightful treats!
We had lunch at Alive and Wellʻs Broth Cafe! Their menu is fabulous with so many nutritious meals that are absolutely delicious!! They also make great smoothies and fresh juice choices. There's a nice little bar in the cafe you can sit and eat your meal or take it to go.
Stopped by the Broth cafe in this health food store on a whim and I think it’s my favorite meal so far. We had the pork bone broth ramen with soba and tofu (great texture in tofu, flavorful broth that is soaked right up by the noodles) and mac crack fish bowl (best cooked fish we’ve had in Hawaii) and the mango Pono Pie (tastes just like mango pudding but healthier). The only thing we didn’t love as much was the lilikoi lemonade as it was very tart. We will be back before we leave!
I stopped here for breakfast yesterday after driving into Kahului from Hana along the beautiful highway 360. A beautiful health food store that also serves homemade food. As I am now Vegan this store has some amazing vegan and gluten free options. I had their Mountain Bowl with purple sweet potato, banana, strawberries and granola.....beautiful!!
This is a wonderful place to come and have a healthy lunch or snack! You can get a cup of the freshest water on Maui have a beautiful grain bowl with fresh fish or a pre-made sandwich with organic ingredients. Lots of products here are sourced from the island and the owners are always helpful and willing to give some guidance on the supplement section if you're interested in that. We came here because the lady whom we met at the airport recommended us to come here so we did! We ordered lemongrass tofu banmi, green burrito and acai bowl Everything was so delicious Healthy, yummy and somehow economical! We had a great time indeed! We weren’t that hungry but that filled us up very nicely! We’d love to come back again! Keep up the good work and cheers
Cute health store with fresh food, supplements, purified water by weight, juices, coffee, smoothies, and groceries! Would definitely frequent if I lived here.
